Data Deletion Request
At Oyyo Social, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please follow the steps outlined below.
To permanently delete your Oyyo Social account and all personal information linked to it, you can:
Open the Oyyo Social app and log in to your account.
Go to Settings by clicking on your profile icon.
Scroll down to Account and select Delete Account.
Confirm your choice by following the on-screen instructions.
If you are unable to access the app or prefer email, you can submit a data deletion request by following these steps:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
In the email, include the following details:
Your full name
Registered email address or phone number associated with your account
A brief explanation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.
Our support team will review your request and delete your account within 7 business days. Once the process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
Permanent Deletion: Once your account and data are deleted, this action is irreversible. All your posts, messages, photos, and personal information will be permanently removed from our servers.
In-App Purchases: If you have made any in-app purchases, please note that refunds are not processed as part of the account deletion process.
Data Retention: In certain cases, Oyyo Social may retain specific data for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, as permitted by applicable laws.
