Oyyo Social - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Oyyo Social ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Personal Use: Oyyo Social is for your personal, non-commercial use, unless you are using designated business or creator features.

4. User-Generated Content

However, by posting content, you grant Oyyo Social a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others, including but not limited to:
Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene content
Violent or graphic depictions of harm
Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
Harassment or bullying
Intellectual property violations (e.g., copyright infringement)
Content encouraging illegal activities
Content Moderation: We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws. We are not obligated to pre-screen content but may review and remove content at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform, other than user-generated content, are the intellectual property of Oyyo Social or its licensors.
Platform Content: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform content or use it for any commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Trademark: Oyyo Social and its logos are trademarks of Oyyo Social. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
6. Purchases and Payments
Certain features of the Platform, such as premium subscriptions, in-app purchases, or the Marketplace, may require payment.
Payment Terms: By making a purchase on the Platform, you agree to our payment terms, including pricing, taxes, and refund policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oyyo Social and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
Any loss or damage to content, data, or personal information, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any third-party conduct, including interactions with other users, content posted by others, or products/services purchased through the Platform.
